Renaud a gardé tout au long de sa carrière la notion de compétence comme fil conducteur, il a une expérience diversifiée en outplacement, en évaluation, en recrutement, en coaching. Tout en conservant toujours une approche très opérationnelle, terrain, Renaud a eu des responsabilités managériales, commerciales puis des fonctions de Direction de Cabinet.
De par cet itinéraire, Renaud se positionne davantage comme un
« poly-compétent » que comme un spécialiste et lie naturellement par le dénominateur de la compétence ses périmètres d’intervention.
